While personalisation is available with The Elopement Collective, our services are more predefined. We do one thing exceptionally well: elopements. Couples can slightly cary from our established package, but we excel at intimate elopements with zero to twenty guests, at sunset.

The EC approach is more streamlined, with less emphasis on complicating things.

Wild Hearted and Hitched is a highly custom service with numerous and complicated packages with a strong emphasis on crafting a completely unique and flexible experience based on the couple’s vision. The service is more hands-on, more like a small wedding or micro-wedding.

The Elopement Collective specialises in providing a beautifully simple service anywhere in the world. he EC home base used to be the Gold Coast, it’s now Tasmania, but we travel the globe every week creating intimate elopements.

Wild Hearted and Hitched is based on the Gold Coast and services the areas close to Southeast Queensland and Northern New South Wales.

Style and Aesthetic

The Elopement Collective aesthetic is more classic and romantic, focusing on the timeless elements of elopements with a focus on elegance and simplicity. Our photography style is often soft, intimate, and traditional, capturing the emotion and details of the day in a refined manner.

Wild Hearted and Hitched emphasises a more adventurous, bohemian, and non-traditional aesthetic. Their photography style tends to be more edgy and creative, with a focus on the natural environment and candid, spontaneous moments. They also do not have a photography team, just the one photographer.

Team versus Collective

The Elopement Collective is headed up by Brittany Withers, and often the celebrant is Josh Withers, Britt’s husband, however we do have a small team of celebrants in different global locations to help out. We have a team of photographers and videographers for you to choose from. The EC collective is a group of friends who happen to also be the best wedding creators around, dedicated to creating intimate elopements.

Wild Hearted and Hitched has a single photographer, and you have the choice of celebrant from their team.

Client Interaction and Planning Process

The Elopement Collective has a strict focus on beautiful. simple, intimate elopements that are an effortless experience for our couples. We present a structured and efficient planning process, ideal for couples who prefer an honest, simple, straightforward approach.. Communication is clear and professional, with set timelines and expectations.

We believe in simple and significant moments. Not burdening you with wedding planning when you’ve chosen an elopement.

They encourage more involvement from the couple in the planning process. The planning is more fluid, with an emphasis on flexibility and adapting to the couple’s needs and desires.

Pricing

The Elopement Collective generally offers higher-end packages that reflect the comprehensive nature of their services with a package designed to offer convenience and peace of mind, which is reflected in the cost. There are a small number of optionals or extras, including elopement film, extra florals, extra photography time, and potentially travel expenses. The EC has a single package at a set price.
