Milos is a volcanic island in the southwestern Cyclades, in Greece’s Aegean Sea. Its sculpted coastline, fishing villages and sea views offer a distinctive setting for an intimate elopement. [Sarakiniko](https://elopementcollective.com/locations/sarakiniko) is known for its white rock formations; the island also gives you time for village wandering, swimming and dinner by the water.

May, June, September and October are options around the busiest July and August period. Plan the ceremony and portraits around the light, coastal wind and travel connections, with a sheltered alternative if conditions change.
