# Eloping in East Coast Tasmania

Tasmania, Australia

Tasmania’s east coast brings open water, coastal meadows and secluded stays together for a small wedding with room to breathe. A private property such as [Thalia Haven](https://elopementcollective.com/locations/thalia-haven) lets you get ready, exchange vows and enjoy the evening in one beautiful place.

Spring and summer offer longer days for portraits and time outdoors. Autumn and winter suit a quieter stay with earlier portraits and warmer layers. Coastal wind and changing weather are part of the setting throughout the year; a sheltered ceremony option keeps the plan flexible.
