[Battery Point](https://www.discovertasmania.com.au/regions/hobart-and-south/battery-point/) is a historic Hobart neighbourhood close to Salamanca and the waterfront. Its cottages, picket fences and gardens make a lovely setting for a short portrait walk, including the circular green at [Arthur Circus](https://elopementcollective.com/locations/arthur-circus).

Summer evenings leave more time to explore after a ceremony. At other times of year, work with the available daylight and leave room for a warmer layer. The streets remain a residential neighbourhood, so keep a portrait walk small and considerate. [Plan your Hobart elopement](https://elopementcollective.com/contact).
