The Elopement Collective is a squad of wedding industry leaders creating epic elopements around Australia, and beyond.

Who’s behind The Elopement Collective?

These two crazy love birds – Britt and her husband, Josh Withers, that’s who is behind The Elopement Collective. They invented the pop-up wedding concept, and pivoted to private, intimate, elopements. They have been married since 2012, and parents since 2018. Based on the sunny Gold Coast, but commonly found at coffee shops or airport lounges, marrying people. Josh does the marrying and Britt creates your elopement. Britt has a storytelling background from a journalism degree and a career in visual merchandising. Josh was a breakfast radio announcer and writer, before becoming a marriage celebrant. He’s a nerd, owns too many gadgets, and still thinks it’s ok to wear runners with jeans. Britt longs for anything cinnamon and is constantly making Josh change his shoes.

They have a passion, not only for weddings, but for marriage. They are huge fans of you getting married, and believe you should be able to have your cake and eat it too. They created The Elopement Collective out of a desire to see people have their dream elopement, not matter what that looks like!
